There are a wide variety of different categories that manufacturers in Pakistan tend to produce. Textiles and worn clothing are the most common products exported from Pakistan; which accounts for about 17.1% of all exports from Pakistan. Cotton, knit and crochet clothing, and cereals are also common sectors that account for major exports from the country.

The clothing industry in Pakistan is massive. The majority of products exported from Pakistan relates to the clothing, textile, and accessory sectors. Clothing and title products made in Pakistan include worn clothing, miscellaneous textiles, crochet clothing, and a range of different accessories. About $2.9 billion worth of crochet and knit clothing are exported from Pakistan every year; this accounts for about 12% of all exports. 

Clothing and accessories that are not crochet or knit products account for 10.9% of the exports that Pakistan sends to other countries. The value of these exported products calculates to $2.6 billion.

The North Zone of Pakistan produces the majority of the cement products exported to other countries. A large number of cement products exported to Afghanistan and India via land. Other exports of cement products from Pakistan transferred to countries via sea transportation. 

Other Products Made In Pakistan

Pakistan has a large selection of products available for export to other countries. Clothing and fabrics are the main sector in the country, along with leather, sugar, and even cereals. Other sectors also seem popular among companies who are looking to import products from manufacturing plants located in Pakistan. 

Some of the other products that are also made locally within Pakistan include:

  • Animal gut products
  • Mineral fuels – this would include oil
  • Beverages
  • Spirits and vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sulfur
  • Stone and cement products
  • Accessories that feature crochet and knit designs

The categories mentioned here account for at least three-quarters of all exports made from Pakistan to other countries.
